Ah the iconic poster. Which is still my only frame of reference for this movie. :-)

I can't remember if I said this in my original post, but I remember in my early years in HS, some of the older kids had to watch "Patton" for history class and they moaned and groaned like it was the worst torture ever. I think I escaped because I took AP history. Therefore, I never saw it until I did this project. At any rate, I always assumed this movie was terrible because of my contemporaries' reaction to it, so I was very surprised to enjoy it as much as I did.
