I've been to Florida. The aunts took me and my brother when I was in sixth grade. We went to Captiva Island, which was quite lovely.
ReplyDeleteI have an idea that Florida is many different things, depending on what part of the state you are in.
I would not mind being in Florida right this instant, as I am a bit chilly. Hmm. 52 in Miami with a high of 69 tomorrow. Not the best, but better than what we have going on in Portland right now. (It's 44. I should just put on another layer.)
We went to Disney in Orlando when I was 15, the one and only time I was in Florida. I remember it being hot & humid & it rained (briefly) at the same time every day. I've heard the Tampa area is really nice.
