I don't care enough about cars to be bothered. Yeah, I love the ladies' hair too. My hair doesn't do anything. I'm sorry that the finger wave experiment failed. :(balyienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13785839636620293326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2074838946965393539.post-1610945479706607472016-05-23T19:46:41.918-07:002016-05-23T19:46:41.918-07:00So much fun!
My thoughts:
It has never occurred ...So much fun!

My thoughts:

It has never occurred to me to pose in front of a car that isn't mine. In fact, I don't think I have any photos of me posing in front of a car that I actually owned. Apparently, car-posing is not a very big thing in my family.

Starch factory! Banks! Who wouldn't want to get postcards depicting those things!?! (I'm guessing the bank ones were freebie ad cards.)

Your analysis of bad photo-taking that runs in the family made me laugh.

Both of those 1930s ladies are lovely! I love their hair. My one attempt to have finger waves put in my hair ended in disaster due to a not-competent beauty-school student. And then her instructor tried to pin the blame on me.

Excellent summary of news coverage from a more enlightened time. (Harumph!)

Kids in those days could have really scary costumes!

Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07967372439743853589noreply@blogger.com
